Welcome! The Growth Effect Masterminds Facebook group is a community where dental professionals have a space to support each other, ask questions, and find inspiration for managing their team & getting their office to run efficiently.
This is a closed group, but you may invite others to join the group if they are: dentists, in a leadership role, or in-charge of operations (aka C.O.O.).
We’re SUPER EXCITED that you’ve joined the group! We’ve got a great community to support & educate, so we want to make sure that it’s a safe space and preserve the quality of the group which is why we have some pretty important rules:
1. NO SELF-PROMOTION
Shameless self-promotion is NOT what this group is about. Constant Posting that’s sole purpose is to promote your website or any of your products or services is not allowed. If you provide services/blog posts that help others it’s fine to respond with a link, just keep in mind that this is not your personal advertising page.
2. GIVE VALUE + PROMOTE DISCUSSION
Definitely PARTICIPATE. Ask questions, answer questions, give opinions, share accomplishments, ask for/give feedback, ask for help, share opportunities, we’re all here to support each other and be real.
3. KEEP IT POSITIVE + KEEP IT RESPECTFUL
Good vibes only! This group is meant to foster positive discussion about leadership and operations specific to the dental field, so no jerks allowed. If you don’t agree with something, simply scroll on. If you have value to add, respond!
